Several people had the pleasure of speaking to Ms Pinkert this evening. She was a customer who was determined to speak to Jennifer.

She had spoken to her previously and was so impressed she would not place her order with anyone but her! Ms Pinkert stated that Jennifer was so extremely helpful with all her questions and concerns!

Ms Pinkert said that she usually never called a business back and asked to speak with a particular representative, but she was so completely blown away by Jennifer that she "hunted her down".

Taction Systems Manager Celebrates 20 Years of Service


Taction employees enjoyed food and friends, new and old today, during a gathering to celebrate 20 years of service for Systems Manager Chris Blum.

A lover of linux and the links, Chris applies kernel wizardry to his golf game every chance he gets.

During the course of Chris’ tenure he has guided the call center through many changes and challenges as the industry moved from terminals (in the dark ages) to pcs, to browser based crm, cms, and shopping carts.

Thank you Chris for your dedication and direction in all things IT and beyond and congratulations on 20 years!
